Hello all!
Don't forget....tomorrow, Saturday, April 23, 2011, will be the annual Jerome Optimist Club Easter Egg Hunt at Forsyth Park in Jerome. Our co-sponsors once again will be the Jerome Kiwanis Club. Thanks Lorrann!! Start time is 10:00 a.m. SHARP and, as past history dictates, end time will be about 10:04 a.m. :) Optimists will need to be at Forsyth at 8:30 a.m. to "lay" the 4,000 eggs we have ready to go for the hunt. The Easter Bunny will also be there to delight the children. Thanks Patricia!
Also, this year we have something new. In addition to the Optimist Easter Egg Hunt, the Kiwanis Club will be holding their 1st Annual Easter Egg Pancake Feed. The Kiwanees will be feeding the egg hunters from 8:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. so people can eat before and after the Easter Egg Hunt. Cost will be $1.50 for kids and $3.00 for adults. Special Easter Egg prizes will get breakfast FREE!!
So, here's my last thought: Since I won't be able to be there tomorrow - choir practice at the church - can anybody cover for me? :)
